Functionality is important so most of our domestic ware pieces are dishwasher safe but due to the handmade nature of our products it is recommended that you hand wash to prolong the life of your purchase. Our ceramics are not suitable for use in the microwave or oven.

We often use a semi matte or matte glaze on our work. Like all matte glazes, cutlery will mark them over time. Cutlery marks can usually be removed from the glaze with a ceramic cleaner.

If vessels containing liquid are to be left on a precious or porous surface for a prolonged period of time we recommend placing on a protective surface.
